All the prices are in United States Dollars and do NOT include shipping, customs and insurance
costs. Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENY AND BILLING
We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank cards via PayPal as well as direct money transfer.
We do not have simultaneous transaction. First you send request online, we check availability
of item and calculate shipping and taxes and customs and we send an e-mail requesting payment.
You can make the payment secured online or via fax-order.
We will proceed with the shipping after we double-check the payment info.
SHIPPING
We ship via DHL World Wide Express and UPS parcel services.
DHL and UPS usually delivers in 3-6 business days to all locations in the USA and Europe.
On rare occasions, delivery times may be longer than normal. If this happens, we will notify
you immediately, provide an estimate time for delivery.
ORDERING PROCEDURE
After you contact us via email for your request, we check the avaibility of the item(s) and then
send you an e-mail with the information and the cost breakdown. If you agree with the information
received and decide to place your order please first double-check your personal information
on the form and either input your credit card information for processing.
After you fill out all the information on the form, click on the "Submit Your Order" button to place
your order. You will receive an automated e-mail informing you that we have received your order.
We will update you with the shipping details in 1-2 business days.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION
You may completely cancel, change your order, add or take out items from your order until we
ship your package.
You may return an item within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt for a 90%
money back refund. If you decide to return an item, please first send an e-mail to us and
obtain return information. Items are to be returned in the same condition as sold with no
damage or alterations.
If your order shows damage when you receive the shipment, please open it in the presence of
the delivery service and bring it to their attention when signing for the item. If possible, please
try to obtain a photo of the damaged package. Contact us immediately and retain all
packaging materials.
